Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LearnPALM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use LearnPALM. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. LearnPALM is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Permitted Use

LearnPALM is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may use the Service to practice SAT questions, track your progress, and improve your academic performance. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm other users or the platform.

5. Intellectual Property & Non-Compete

All content on LearnPALM — including but not limited to question databases, platform design, code, branding, curriculum structure, and educational methodology — is the exclusive intellectual property of LearnPALM and its creators.

By using this Service, you explicitly agree to the following:

  • You will not copy, replicate, reproduce, or redistribute any content, questions, or features of LearnPALM for commercial purposes or to build a competing product.
  • You will not reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in bulk.
  • You will not use knowledge of LearnPALM's systems, design, or business model to create a substantially similar competing service.
  • You will not claim ownership over any part of the LearnPALM platform, its name, logo, or brand identity.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and may subject you to legal action under applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written consent
  • Sharing your account credentials with others or selling access to your account
  • Uploading or transmitting any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service

7. Privacy

We collect basic account information (email address) and usage data (questions answered, scores, session activity) solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. By using LearnPALM, you consent to this data collection. Details are described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

LearnPALM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific score improvements or academic outcomes. SAT® is a registered trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse LearnPALM.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnPALM and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
